WP1 will turn scattered information into a structured resource for researchers, regulators, industry and the public.

Build a structured PFAS dataset

Compile information on at least 2,500 PFAS using a standardised schema, drawing on 10 or more databases and at least 500 scientific publications.

Classify consumer exposure

Group PFAS by intentional product use, environmental contamination, unexpected presence and hidden precursors or unlabelled ingredients.

Create two platform interfaces

Provide expert search, filtering and export tools alongside a consumer-friendly PFAS Consumer Hub with plain-language summaries and visualisations.

  • 04

Track regulatory status

Add a legislative tracker covering EU, national and international rules, updated quarterly and linked to the project’s policy work.
