Coordination, staff exchanges and skills development

WP6 keeps the consortium coordinated and helps staff transfer methods and knowledge between organisations.

Coordinate the consortium

Support scientific, administrative and financial coordination across eight partners, with regular Steering Committee and WP Leaders Board meetings.

Manage 257 person-months

Plan, monitor and review international, intersectoral and interdisciplinary staff exchanges, including mentoring and career development plans.

Train researchers

Deliver at least four training schools: PFAS analytics in Bulgaria, AI/ML in Greece, science-policy translation in Norway, and transferable skills in Türkiye/Senegal.

Build lasting capacity

Support researchers to transfer methods and skills back to their home organisations, with particular attention to widening countries.
